We believe vendors and hosts do best when they can focus on their craft and their community, not paperwork. That's why we build tools that are simple, transparent, and built around real trust.

Meet the founder

Natalie Popham, Founder

VendorLoop isn't a faceless software company. It was founded by Natalie Popham, who runs small businesses and sets up at vendor events herself.

The idea didn't come from a whiteboard. It came from the real, fragmented work of being a vendor — finding the right events, keeping track of which applications you sent and what came back, staying on top of deadlines and schedules, getting ready for a show, and then figuring out whether it was actually worth it. Usually that meant jumping between a handful of disconnected tools that didn't talk to each other.

Natalie built VendorLoop to pull that work into one place — for independent vendors and makers like her, and for the event hosts they work with. It's still being shaped by the same day-to-day realities that started it: booth fees and deposits matter, people's weekends are on the line, and trust has to be earned, not assumed. That's why verification, the free Scam Scanner, and a simple "we never sell your data" promise are part of the foundation.
